A couple of locals.
A whole lot of Labrador.

Labrador Exterior Services is a small, owner-operated exterior cleaning company serving Arlington Heights and the surrounding Northwest Chicago suburbs.

Around here, we like to keep things simple. Do great work, treat people right, and take pride in the neighborhoods we call home.

And when we say small business, we mean it.

Meet the team.

SARGE

Chief Morale Officer & Neighborhood Sniff Inspector

Every good company needs a little personality. Ours happens to have four legs.

Sarge is the inspiration behind the Labrador name and our unofficial supervisor of just about everything.

When he’s not overseeing operations, you’ll usually find him enjoying a neighborhood walk, investigating suspicious smells, or reminding Kevin that it’s time to stop working.

He takes his responsibilities very seriously. Especially the sniffing.

KEVIN

Owner, Operator & Everything in Between

Hi, I’m Kevin.

I started Labrador Exterior Services with a pretty simple idea: build the kind of local service company I’d want to hire myself.

That means keeping prices reasonable, doing great work, and being personally involved from the first conversation to the final rinse.

When you call, text, or email Labrador, you’re talking to me. When someone shows up to clean your windows, wash your house, or clean your gutters, that’s me too.

I handle the estimates, scheduling, cleaning, and just about everything in between.

And yes, I’m also the guy who cleans the office.

Still Working in the Neighborhood

I grew up in Arlington Heights, where some of my earliest memories include playing football with the Arlington Heights Cowboys.

Those years eventually led to Buffalo Grove High School, college, and a career that took me in a few different directions.

But Arlington Heights has always been home.

Today, getting to build a business in the same communities where I grew up makes this whole adventure a little more meaningful.

I really like that.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

Some of the best experiences happen when you give your time.

Before starting Labrador Exterior Services, I earned my degree in Special Education from Western Illinois University.

Over the years, I’ve also had the opportunity to volunteer with the Muscular Dystrophy Association, an experience that introduced me to some incredible people and lifelong friends.

I’ve always believed that supporting a cause doesn’t have to mean writing a check.

If you ever have the opportunity to volunteer your time for something you believe in, I encourage you to do it.

You might be surprised by how much you get back.
