We're a local, owner-operated exterior cleaning company serving homeowners throughout the Northwest Suburbs and Greater Chicagoland.

HOW LABRADOR STARTED
After five seasons working in roofing and exteriors, I decided it was time to build something of my own.
I wanted to take what I'd learned from years of working with homeowners and create a company that felt a little more personal — where customers know who's showing up, pricing is straightforward, and doing a good job matters more than racing to the next one.
So, in 2026, Labrador Exterior Services got its start.
Yes, there’s actually a Labrador.
WHY “LABRADOR”?
The name isn't the result of a marketing meeting.
Labradors have always felt like a pretty good representation of what I want this company to be: dependable, friendly, hardworking and maybe a little more excited to see you than necessary.
You'll see that personality throughout the company — from the dog in the logo to the way we take care of our customers.
